All products available on ManiBooks.com are prepared strictly on a made-to-order basis. This includes digital files as well as handwritten physical copies. Once an order is placed, it is processed according to the details provided by the customer.

Order cancellation is allowed only within a limited time and before the preparation of the order has started. If the work has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Once digital content has been shared with the customer, or handwritten assignments have been written, printed, or dispatched, no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances. Due to the customized nature of our services, physical products are not eligible for return after delivery.

Refunds will also not be provided for errors or incorrect information submitted by the customer, such as wrong course codes, subjects, addresses, or any other order details.
